How your shop gets verified

- Find or add your shop. TraYde already knows many shops - search by name or town.
- Create your sign-in. Username, postcode, password.
- Put the code on your website. Anywhere, for example in your legal notice. TraYde finds it and verifies your shop.
Without a website of your own, put the code in your Instagram bio - then we check by hand, usually within a day.

What does TraYde cost for shops?
Nothing. TraYde is free and ad-free - for shops and online sellers too.
I have no store, only an online shop. Does that work?
Yes. Choose "Online only" when registering. As your location, enter your company's registered location from your legal notice.
How do I confirm that the shop is mine?
You get a short code and put it anywhere on your website, for example in your legal notice. TraYde finds it and verifies your shop. Afterwards you can remove the code.
I have no website of my own, only Instagram.
Then put the code in your Instagram bio and request a manual check. We take a look and activate your shop, usually within a day.
What do my followers see, what do I see?
Followers see your shop: offers, trade binders, opening hours, and they can message you. You only see your followers' picture and name. Follow back and you're friends and see each other.
Can I sell through TraYde?
TraYde is made for trading. If you agree on a sale in the chat, you arrange price and payment yourselves - TraYde doesn't handle payments.
